For those who don't know wapkiz, it's a single leftover and old platform for creating sites aimed at mobile phones, but they can be viewed on any device, the point is that it's easy to edit and configure without needing a computer. This theme, which you want to be amazing, is a theme made only with html5, css and javascript, not forgetting the work facilitators, I am referring to the frameworks libraries, to maximize the style I used w3css, a powerful frameworks leaving bootstrap , but for those who want to use it for small projects, I advise you to use w3css. For javascript I'm still using jquery, on the other hand some may ask, why not vuejs or another library, but since it's for basic things I prefer jquery.
